CDL English Bridge is an educational training product: bilingual English-language training for commercial drivers, including lessons, practice tests, audio, and an AI-simulated inspection interview. It is not a licensed school, an FMCSA-registered ELDT provider, a legal advisor, or a government service. We do not guarantee any outcome — including passing any exam, test, or roadside inspection, obtaining or keeping any license, or any employment result. Regulations change; you are responsible for verifying current requirements with official sources.
Individual plans bill $50/month or $450/year (25% off) until you cancel. Fleet plans bill per seat at the tiers shown at signup. Your plan renews automatically; you can cancel anytime in your account's billing portal, and cancellation is effective at the end of the paid period. Canceling is as easy as subscribing — no phone call required. Prices for new billing periods may change with notice; existing subscriptions keep their price while continuously active.
If you are unhappy with your first individual subscription, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewal payments, partial periods, and fleet seat fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Accounts closed for abuse (Section 5) are not refunded.
An individual course unlocks on one device at a time; you may move it to a new device through email verification. Fleet driver seats are licensed per driver and may not be shared between people.
You may not share, resell, copy, scrape, record, or redistribute course content; probe or attack the service; create accounts to farm free seats or referral credits; or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or close accounts that do, without refund, after investigation.
Referral credit requires real, paying, non-refunded subscribers. Self-referrals, fraud, or gaming void credits and may close the account. The optional affiliate mode (cash commissions) is governed by the Affiliate Program Terms.
All course content, code, design, and audio are the property of ViticusX LLC, protected by copyright and trademark law. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable license to use the service — not a transfer of any ownership.
The AI interview and grading features produce automated simulations for practice. They are not real DOT officers, and their scores and feedback carry no official weight.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViticusX LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including citations, out-of-service orders, lost work, or licensing outcomes.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; you and ViticusX LLC each waive class actions and jury trials. Small-claims court remains available for qualifying claims.
